Customer case: Stedelijk Museum

Customer: Municipal Museum
Market: Government
Solution: Measurement and control technology for climate art collections

Highlights

  • Fan motors for air handling replaced
  • All 53 systems made frequency-controlled
  • Energy-efficient IE3 motors and variable speed drives

The installations of the Stedelijk Museum, founded in 1985, are used to display various art collections under strict climatic conditions. Electroproject replaced the fan motors for the air treatment. We also made all 53 systems frequency-controlled.

Here, we used frequency inverters with energy-efficient IE3 motors. According to project leader Erwin van Lier of client Unica B.A., Electroproject's ability to think along with its technical knowledge was decisive in the choice.
