Because we can be of service from design to completion, with Electroproject you can rely on a turnkey solution, or ready-to-use. But you can also come to us for individual parts and components if you need them.
Our approach also stands out because we think along with you at every stage of the process. We advise you on the best price-performance ratio for your application, think along with you about the best concept, help you interpret the regulations you need to comply with and come up with ideas to further optimise your process. We also come up with solutions for efficient implementation and the smartest way of commissioning.
Our consultants are always looking for the question behind the question. Because a good substantive conversation usually quickly reveals exactly what your requirements are - whether it is the best-fit solution for a new question or optimisation of an existing installation or energy supply. This is where the success of our services begins: good listening. If you appreciate it, we will then draw up a plan of action or a schedule of requirements together with you. And then, of course, we will make you an appropriate offer.
Our engineers are involved in the creation of the design at an early stage. Based on your request, we make an inventory and a preliminary design that we check against the desired situation, the risks and the impact of realisation. We then make the final design and resolve risks and bottlenecks in detail. SAT and ISAT are transparent and we conclude with a DO document with a functional description, a schedule and a tightened budget.
In the implementation phase, our project leader is your interlocutor. Our project leaders monitor agreements and manage the project team. In doing so, they focus on a long-term customer relationship, with only one goal in mind: a well-functioning and high-quality solution according to agreements, planning and budget. In other words, a solution you and we can be proud of. That is why we always evaluate the project together after completion. After delivery, of course, things really begin for you. That is why our project leaders always carefully transfer the project to our service department for thorough after-care during the operational phase.
Based on the engineering documents and drawings, we take your installation and/or application into production. At the end of the production phase, we carry out a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). We do this using a test protocol that enables us to demonstrate the required functionality. In the installation phase, we realise and install the project on site. In doing so, we integrate your installation and/or application at your site on the basis of the schematics.
At the end of the realisation phase, we hand over the installation to the commissioning engineer for commissioning. The commissioning engineer commissions the new or modified installation and/or application on the basis of the commissioning protocol and draws up a report. In addition, the commissioning engineer carries out possible adjustments to schedules. These adjustments are presented to the project manager for revision.
We use two types of acceptance testing. With the Site Acceptance Test (SAT), we only test the installation and/or applications. With an Integral Site Acceptance Test (ISAT), we test the new or modified installation as part of the whole. We carry out both tests according to a pre-established protocol. Using that protocol, we also report back.
Do you want to restore your knowledge of your systems? Electroproject provides user training on request. This will keep you up to date on our systems and products, but you will also gain broad knowledge: from application knowledge and general technical knowledge to the knowledge to commission drive systems and perform first-line fault diagnosis.
Even after the delivery of the installation, throughout the lifetime of your solution, we continue to support you. You can contact us for repairs, modernisation and upgrading, equipment rental, inspections and measurements.
We offer 24-hour service for our service and maintenance. If you want certainty about the availability of our service engineers, choose one of our service contracts for preventive and corrective maintenance - from annual servicing to multi-year contracts with guaranteed turnout time.
